This is of course an excellent idea, Prof. Kichenassamy.

All that is needed is the leadership of someone like yourself, raising the
money to hire people to do the work, and creating a formal relationship
with some organization where the work can fruitfully be carried out.

I think it would be wonderful if you could do this.  Just as it is
wonderful that Harry and Muktabodha have been able to do what they are
doing.
