All that is needed is the leadership of someone like yourself, raising the money to hire people to do the work, and creating a formal relationship with some organization where the work can fruitfully be carried out.

I think it would be wonderful if you could do this.  Just as it is wonderful that Harry and Muktabodha have been able to do what they are doing.
