Dear Raja,
Primary sources in Prakrit and Sanskrit are dedicated to the concept of
*naya* in Jain Philosophy:
Shastri, Kailash Chandra (1971):* Davvasabhāvappakasako Ṇayacakko by **Māïlla
Dhavala*. Varanasi: Bhāratīya Jñānapīṭha Publication.
Jain, Ratancand (translator and commentator) (Vīranirvāṇa Samvat 2467)
(1940): *Śrīmad Devasenācāryaviracitā Ālāpapaddhati Apara Nāma Drvyānuyoga
Praveśikā*. Saharanpur (U.P.): Prācīn Ārṣ Granthāyatan.
I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Abhishek
