[INDOLOGY] Arsagranthavali 1912 Samkhya publication

Thank you Lubomir for pointing this out (and especially thank you to Martin
Gluckman!).  Can anyone shed some light on how and why such an important
project disappeared.  Did the DLI make any announcements about its ending?
