[INDOLOGY] Fwd: recommended software for diacritical marks in Romanized Sanskrit transliteration?

Dear Piotr,

If anyone else uses Linux (how many of us could there be?) I wrote up some
instructions on typing transliteration/Devanagari on Ubuntu, using xkb
(part of the X windows system common to most Linux distributions, here:
