[INDOLOGY] Double sandhi

Pāṇini recognizes such double Sandhis under the condition of pādapūraṇa
"filling the metrical foot," and not as normal practice.  The traditional
example is saiṣa dāśarathī rāmaḥ.  Here saḥ+eṣaḥ > sa+eṣaḥ > double sandhi
> saiṣaḥ.
