[INDOLOGY] Double sandhi

There are a number in the Maitrī/Maitrāyanī Upaniṣad, e.g. I.4, vanaspatayodbhūta- from vanaspatayaḥ udbhūta > vanaspataya udbhūta- 

I think there’s some discussion of the phenomenon in
