[INDOLOGY] Sources of two verses

Hello Martin,
These two verses are from the Ślokavārttika of Kumārila. The
verse jñātārthaṃ jñātasambandhaṃ is no. 17 and the verse sarvasyaiva hi
śāstrasya is no. 12 in the very beginning of the Ślokavārttika.
