Park's Catalogue of the Korean Buddhist Canon (usually cited under
Lancaster's name) has an index of Tohoku (Derge Tibetan Canon) to Korean
canon numbers, conveniently available electronically:

this might help with this one aspect of Matthew's suggestion.
