Also, I had intended to mention Michael Witzel's essay "Aryan and
Non-Aryan names in Vedic India" published in Harvard Oriental Series,
Opera Minora vol. 3, 1999. I had assumed initially that it was
well-known to all Indologists, but maybe it is good to mention it
again.
