[INDOLOGY] Dictionary Updater - an iOS app for Dictionary Updation

Dear colleagues,

Many of us rely on digital dictionaries, but keeping large collections
organised and up to date can quickly become cumbersome.

To address this, I have developed *Dictionary Updater*, a small free and
libre *iOS* app that helps you keep collections of your digital
dictionaries updated on your iphone. When a new resource is available on
website, it allows you to easily update dictionary on your phone.

*Why Dictionary Updater?*


• Access to *indic-dict* Dictionary Repository

The app includes a default catalogue of about *280 dictionaries* from the
indic-dict project at https://github.com/indic-dict

• Create *Your Own Dictionary Lists*

Users can create customised lists of dictionaries to track updates only for
the resources they are interested in.

• Simple *Download* and *Update* Workflow

Download dictionaries easily and keep your local collection updated
whenever new versions are released.

• Works with Offline Dictionary Readers

Downloaded dictionaries can be used with compatible dictionary readers such
as *HDICT* (https://apps.apple.com/in/app/hdict/id6759493062) or any other
dictionary reader of your choice.
