[INDOLOGY] Skrutable update: meter id upgrades

Hi all,

I have an update to share. https://skrutable.info has received upgrades to
its meter identification capabilities which should make it more accurate
and useful. I'm working to substantiate the "accurate" claim by measuring
against an open benchmark soon, but in the meantime, I hope you'll notice a
positive difference. The output is now more visual, especially with a new,
correction-oriented batch mode (enabled on Settings page). There are also
clearer annotations about imperfections and other notable features,
including at the pāda level.
