[INDOLOGY] Help reading manuscript line

Dear list members,

Attached is a pdf of the first page of a manuscript from the IFP
collections. It is written in the southern scripts. If someone could
transliterate the first line (even the first half of the first line) and
send it to me, I would appreciate it.
