Hi everyone,

I don't know if this is too nerdy for this mailing list, but I think the 
problem seems to be this line:

    <FORM method="POST"
    action="http://www.cc.kyoto-su.ac.jp/~yanom/cgi-bin/paw314.cgi">


which needs to be changed to:

    <FORM method="POST"
    action="https://www.cc.kyoto-su.ac.jp/~yanom/cgi-bin/paw314.cgi">
