[INDOLOGY] On-line intensive summer Sanskrit courses

The Sanskrit Library would like to announce its on-line intensive summer Sanskrit courses. Because of its exceptional structural transparency, study of the Sanskrit language gives one extraordinary insight into the nature of language in general.  The series US101S–US201S:
Covers the equivalent of two semesters of introductory Sanskrit in two months 1 June–24 July 2025,
Conducts live meetings as well as providing access to pre-recorded video presentations,
Utilizes the Sanskrit Library's sophisticated but easy-to-use interactive exercise platform that provides just-in-time help and immediate evaluation at every step of each exercise.
Taught by Professor Peter Scharf who taught Sanskrit in the Classics Department at Brown University for 19 years.
Utilizes the professor’s textbook शब्दब्रह्मन्: A linguistic introduction to Sanskrit. 2022.
