the De Nobili Research Library (“Sammlung De Nobili”) cordially invites 
you to its 17th annual lecture on Friday, 8 May 2026, 3:00–5:00 pm 
(UTC+2), which will take place in-person and on Zoom. Associate Prof. 
Pär Eliasson (University of Stavanger) will speak about “Early Jesuit 
Use of Hindu Scripture: The Case of Marathi.” Please find further
