[INDOLOGY] Enhancement of Rocher postdoctoral fellowships

Due to the success of our postdoctoral fellowships for Classical 
Indology, the Board of The Ludo and Rosane Rocher Foundation has 
resolved to expand the term of our fellowships from one year (renewable) 
to two years subject to satisfactory performance. The Board hopes that 
this change will give fellows a greater sense of security.
