[INDOLOGY] Fwd: Candrikā

Thanks for Beschi’s entry about CHENTIRIKKAI.

Based on my native understanding, I’m inclined to analyze செந்திரிக்கை as follows: 

செந்திரிக்கை < செந்-திரிக்கை < செ(ம்) - திரிக்கை 
red roll < red -- rolling < red -- rolls / rolling 

Note that திரிக்கை (roll)  is the head noun here.  

So … basically what is referenced by செந்திரிக்கை is to a 'red roll’ .
