[INDOLOGY] Dhvanyālokalocana subcommentaries

Dear all,

In October of 2022, James Reich asked this list if Kuppuswami Sastri's  
edition of Uttuṅgodaya's Kaumudī on the second uddyota of  
Dhvanyālokalocana, which was promised in the volume containing the  
first uddyota, was ever published; it seems indeed that it never was.  
I have two followup questions: does anyone know if any manuscripts of  
the Kaumudī on the second uddyota are still extant? Also, might anyone  
know where to find a soft copy of one or both volumes of "Dhvanyāloka  
Locana: Kerala Commentaries," published in 2011? It apparently  
contains two previously unpublished subcommentaries, presumably from  
Kerala (see the review by K. N.
