[INDOLOGY] On-line sites for sanskrit devanagari/transliteration conversion

Dear list members,
To clarify.
1) Its to convert plain text files.
2)  I'm looking for an online site that can be used by non-technical people
working from home. Ideally it should be as easy as either pasting the text
in an online box or giving the online site the link to the text file.
