[INDOLOGY] Revision of ISO 15919 (transliteration of Indic scripts)

A quick note: Titus does not use IAST (see the r̥, and the aspirates):

agním īḷe puróhitaṃ yajñásya devám r̥tvíjam /

hótāraṃ ratnadʰā́tamam //

agníḥ pū́rvebʰir ŕ̥ṣibʰir ī́ḍyo nū́tanair utá /

etc.
