[INDOLOGY] Tracking down a quote source

Dear All,

I had a quick question, in Sarvarkar's book, he states "the line
'Shivashiva na Hindurna Yavanah' is too well known to be quoted" I had
received a question on its provenance and was unable to find it. Does
anyone know where this quote might come from?
