[INDOLOGY] Help required

It is Telugu, my mother tongue and the language of the state I live and the
language in which I graduated and the language literature and linguistics
of which I have been teaching for more more than three decades.

It is the logo of a political party floated by a celebrity movie actor by
name Pavan Kalyan.

It is a poster asking for votes.
