[INDOLOGY] quote source

If you do a search of the Mu;ktabodha digital library you'll see the line
occurs in the īśvarapratyabhijñāvivṛtivimarśinī, paramārthasāra,  and the
spandakārikā.

The SpandakarikA attributes the line to bhartṛhari
