It is clearly Telugu.

.......నూ  కాదలప్ప నృ......

.......nū  kādalappa nr̥......

కాదలప్ప   kādalappa  seems to be a name.

నృ......    nr̥......   seems to be the first syllable of నృపాల nr̥pāla
