Could it perhaps be that the pada cited is a variant of the following from Bhāravī? (Kirātārjunīya 16.37)

jihvāśatāny ullasayanty ajasraṃ lasattaḍillolaviṣānalāni  |
trāsān nirastāṃ bhujagendrasenā nabhaścarais tatpadavīṃ vivavre ||
