One may compare
na puragrāmadurgāṇi na cāyudhdharā narāḥ/ kṣayātiśayaduḥkhaṃ ca nārthaśāstrasya cādaraḥ// dharmaikavāsanā lokāḥ pṛthau rājyaṁ praśāsati/ Matsya Pur. 10 31-32
This occurs in the story of Pṛthu and Veṇa

The closest I've found is the following verse on GRETIL:
