[INDOLOGY] Does chandrabindu occur in Hindi

Thank you Dipak and Dick,

Just to confirm. Is  chandrabindu  usually transliterated in Hindi as tilde
( ~ ) ?.  I'm asking because I've seen tilde used in Hindi and marathi but
the ISO standard is m with chandrabindu.
