[INDOLOGY] Vrataratnakara of Ranavira / Ranavirasimha?

The Smṛtiratnākara was authored by Caṇḍeśvara (Kane, Vol 1, section 91. His father was Vīreśvara. I am, of course, unsure whether we are dealing with the same text.
