Concerning current volumes: the online edition is distributed by the Belgian publisher Peeters
URL: <Indology <http://poj.peeters-leuven.be/content.php?url=journal.php&code=JA>
One needs a subscription, of course, to get the articles.
Older volumes can be fetched completely from the Bibliothèque Nationale (covering 1822 to 1938)
URL: <http://gallica.bnf.fr/> or, more specific,
URL: <http://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/cb34348774p/date.r=journal+asiatique.langFR>
Some volumes, maybe not all from those in the public domain, are also available from Google Books, try
URL: <http://books.google.com/books?q=editions:BSBBSB10248871>
Hope it helps
