making diacritics (on my Mac)

Hi Arlo,

I have been helped by Andrew Glass and Stefan Baums in this matter, I 
used their Gandhari Unicode font. But I have a PC, not a Mac. Maybe 
George Hart or someone else can help with the Mac.
