Dear Dr. Kapstein,
I have found this half-verse in two works so far:

Vidyāraṇya, Pañcadaśī

jānāmi dharmaṃ na ca me pravṛttiḥ
      jānāmy adharmaṃ na ca me nivṛttiḥ /
kenāpi devena hṛdi sthitena
      yathā niyukto 'smi tathā karomi // 6.176//

Gopālabhaṭṭa: Haribhaktivilāsa

jānāmi dharmaṃ na ca me pravṛttir
jānāmy adharmaṃ na ca me nivṛttiḥ |
tvayā hṛṣīkeśa hṛdi sthitena
yathā niyukto 'smi tathā karomi  // Hbhv_3.94 //
