Atithideva.h is a bahuvrihi compound: devo yasya atithi.h. The line goes:
maat.rdevo bhava, pit.rdevo bhava, aacaaryadevo bhava, atithidevo bhava...
You will find it in Taitt. Up. 1.11.2.
