Temporary lecturer in Hindu and Buddhist studies
Candidates should be actively engaged in research in contemporary aspects
of Hinduism and Buddhism, and should have a demonstrable track record fof
achievement. Research interests in new religious movements in the West
would be particularly relevant.
Salary will be at an appropriate point on the lecturer grade A (17,238
pounds - 22,579 pounds), lecturer Grated B (23,521 pounds - 30,065
pounds), or Senior lecturer (31,563 pounds - 35,670 pounds) salary scale.
The level of appointment will be determined by the qualifications and
experience of the successful candidate.
The appointment is tenable for 3 years.
