Pfeffer is at present professor at the Institut für Ethnologie, Freie
Universität Berlin, Drosselweg 1-3, 14195 Berlin.
With respect to the maps, I can only suggest the maps of the
Geographical Survey of India, which are the most detailed ones
available, as far as I know.
