Dear friend
I found the text of the vacana in Kannada saahitya caritre  vol. IV, p.394,
published by the Kannada adhyayana samsthe, Manasagangotri, Mysore 1977.
The text runs like this :
HaRida gooNeyalobba kaLaveya tumbida
IruLella naDedanaa sunkakanji
kaLaveyellA hoogi baRigooNi uLiyittu
aKimanadavana bhakti intAyittu Raamanaatha
Here the poet or sharaNa gives a picture of devotion of an unstable mind.
