Curry

Concerning the currency of the word "curry" by Cunningham´s time, it may
be intersting to note that the first documented usage according to the
Oxford English Dictionary is in the year 1598; it mentions also a
Cooking book (Art of Cookery) of 1747 in which curry is described. etc.
