So, the Sanskrit "dravi.da" is derived from the Tamil . .  "tamil"?  At
what point in you string is are the words Sanskrit and Prakrit and at what
point "Dravidian"

Tamil > dami.la > drami.la > drami.da/dravi.da  ??
