decipering a colophon

I use L'Inde Classique' list of bhutasankhyas quite often (vol.2, p.708f,
but no light on ripu or vairi), and there's a more comprehesive one in the
edition of Mahavira's _Ganitasarasangraha_ ed. M. Rangacarya (Madras,
1912); my copy is at home I'm afraid, so I can't check now.
