Bhavanakrama of Kamalasila

Dear Francois,
I do not know which translations you have in mind. We hold only one 
in our library. It is a French translation and it does not say of 
which part it is:
..."La progression dans la meditation. Trad. du Sanscrit et du 
Tibetain par Jose van der Broeck. XII,59 fol. - Bruxelles, 1977 
(Publications de l'Institut Belge des Hautes Etudes Bouddhiques. 
Ser.1: Etudes et textes. Nr 6) -
I'd appreciate much if you could mention the ones you have in mind; we 
always try and fill the gaps in our holdings.

There exist french and/or english translations of the first and third
Bhavanakrama of Kamalasila.
Does anyone knows if there exists a translation of the second Bhavanakrama
in english or other western languages?
