Concerning Sanskrit -- Japanese look for :

Unrai Wogihara (alias Ogihara): Kan'yaku taisho Bonwa daijiten. (References
to Chinese translations are included.)

Vice versa is more difficult. How about the indices in Mochizuki Shinko:
Bukkyo Daijiten ;)?
