David Utz published in the Reiyukai Library, Tokyo, a short bibliographic  
survey of the Buddhist materials in Sogdian:

David Utz:_A Survey of Buddhist Sogdian Studies_. (Bibliographia  
Philologica Buddhica. Series Minor. III). Tokyo 1978

BTW there are also Christian texts in Sogdian.
