Brooklyn Institute for Social Research (BISR), a non-profit critical education and research institute, is seeking applications from PhD holders and/or ABD doctoral candidates who are interested in joining our Associate Faculty to teach language courses online and in-person in New York City.

Concerning your department, we are currently searching for faculty with expertise in Sanskrit. Teaching BISR courses is an excellent opportunity for early career scholars to gain teaching experience, and for experienced faculty to facilitate a dynamic, multi-level seminar experience for adult learners. If you are able, we would be grateful if you would distribute our call for applicants to any faculty and/or graduate students with relevant expertise.

Our Faculty Call is available here. Please feel free to reach out to info@thebrooklyninsitute.com if you have any questions.

All the best,

Seth Rose
