The session “Hindu Theology and Biology: The Bhāgavata Purāṇa and Contemporary Theory,” organized by FLAME University’s India Centre, will explore the relationship between Hindu thought and modern scientific inquiry through the lenses of metaphysics, epistemology, and philosophical anthropology. Drawing on the Bhāgavata Purāṇa and its interpretive traditions, the talk will examine how theological knowledge can engage constructively with contemporary scientific discourse while preserving its intellectual integrity.
