1)  V. Mishra in his bibliography does list the maitrāyaṇīya prātiśākhya as a source (but without bibliographic info) under books. See page 236

2)  Vishal Agrawal in this online article https://www.indica.today/long-reads/svadhyaya-studying-our-holy-books-part-vii/
says "Several others [ prātiśākhyas]  known to exist till recent centuries have been lost. A manuscript of Maitrāyaṇīya Prātishākhya existed till a few decades back for instance".

3) This blog post by I think Detlef Eichler
https://detlef108.blogspot.com/2014/11/#:~:text=Maitr%C4%81ya%E1%B9%87%C4%ABya%20Pr%C4%81ti%C5%9B%C4%81khya%20(978),http%3A%2F%2Fpeterffreund.com%2FVedic_Literature%2Fatharva_veda_pratishakhya.htm
 lists a Maitrāyaṇīya Prātiśākhya (978) . I don't know what the (978) refers to , a bibliographic entry?
