Dear all,

The TITUS texts are chiefly meant for being used online.
Something being reserved for TITUS members usually implies some copyright restrictions.

One can become a member by following the steps detailed on https://titus.uni-frankfurt.de/indexf.htm?/faq/faq.htm at "membership".

NB that the TITUS texts are being transferred into a new format, which is being mad available at https://titus2.uni-frankfurt.de/

Best wishes,
Agnes

Objet: [INDOLOGY] Vedic texts on TITUS (Thesaurus Indogermanischer Text- und Sprachmaterialien)

Dear list members,

Many of the vedic etexts on TITUS (Thesaurus Indogermanischer Text- und Sprachmaterialien)
https://titus.fkidg1.uni-frankfurt.de/framee.htm?/index.htm
have been made available for download as plain texts. But many have not. Does anyone know what TITUS plans are and why some are downloadable and others are not.  The texts I'm interested in downloading are (either as text files or html files) :
taittirīya-saṃhitā
kāṭhaka-brāhmaṇa
ṭaittirīya-brāhmaṇa
kāṭhaka-āraṇyaka
taittirīya-āraṇyaka
kāṭha-upaniṣad
maitrāyana-upaniṣad
mahānārāyaṇa-upaniṣad
mānava-śulbasūtra
taittirīya-prātiśākhya
Kātyāyana-Śulbasūtra
Later Upaniṣads:
    • Amṛtabindu-Upaniṣad
    • Aruṇeya-Upaniṣad
    • Ātma-Upaniṣad
    • Brahma-Upaniṣad
    • Kaivalya-Upaniṣad
    • Paramahaṃsa-Upaniṣad
    • Tejabindu-Upaniṣad

Thanks,
Harry Spier
