The Sanskrit Library would like to announce its spring Sanskrit courses.

  1. US101S. Introductory Sanskrit I will begin Monday, 1 June.
  2. US120. Intermediate Sanskrit prose reading continues and can be joined by intermediate students.
  3. US201. Selected readings in the Siddhāntakaumudī continues and can be joined by advanced students.
  4. UT102. Character and higher-level encoding is begins 21 March to train Sanskrit students and advanced scholars in preparing navigable searchable digital editions of printed Sanskrit texts.
  5. UT110. TEI-conformant XML markup workshop guides those who have completed UT102 or otherwise have basic competency in TEI in preparing a TEI edition of a Sanskrit text.
