I would be surprised if Prof. Skoda does not have an Academia page or such, where his publications are made available. Anyhow, I do have physical a copy of this volume, to which I was happy to contribute, and am equally happy to be able to supply a scan of the requested article. Scanning the whole book is a bit too much for me to handle at this time. But I have included the t.o.c. See the attachment.
