Dear friends,

I'm wondering if any of you who work on Indian Islam might help me out with this:

What I am looking for is the exact transliteration of the title, place of publication and publisher (which must be at the bottom of the title page, where I can make out a few words) and, if possible, the date, though this is perhaps not given. 

If you know of any scholarship on this or similar books of talismans, that would be great too.

Off list is fine.
