The Sanskrit Library would like to announce its autumn Sanskrit courses.

  1. US101. Introductory Sanskrit I will begin Monday, 8 September.
  2. US110. संक्षिप्तमहाभारतम्: The महाभारत in brief will begin Sunday, 7 September.
  3. US201. Selected readings in the Siddhāntakaumudī continues and can be joined by advanced students.
  4. UT102. Character and higher-level encoding is scheduled to begin 13 September to train Sanskrit students and advanced scholars in preparing navigable searchable digital editions of printed Sanskrit texts.
  5. UT110. TEI-conformant XML markup workshop guides those who have completed UT102 or otherwise have basic competency in TEI in preparing a TEI edition of a Sanskrit text.
